Otto Lindholm is an accomplished attorney with over a decade of experience, specializing in both advisory and contentious legal matters. He regularly advises businesses on large-scale outsourcing and transformation projects, as well as on many forms of technology adoption, such as those related to software licensing, SaaS, and data processing. He also advises on issues related to compliance, particularly in the technology sector and technology deployment.​ Otto has represented clients in courts (including the European Court of Justice), as well as in arbitrations and regulatory enforcement procedures.

Daniel Stranius advises clients on a broad range of IT & technology law matters, such as IT outsourcing, procurement and delivery of business-critical IT systems and services and gives advise relating to commercial contracts and their negotiations. ​Daniel is an experienced commercial technology lawyer with 15+ years of experience working in the technology sector as an in-house counsel and as an attorney.
