About the solution
About 2 years ago, we have already recognized that the need for 24-hours-care in Austria is growing strongly. The current media discussion in this sector and the desire for quality assurance, today confirms our decision to develop a business solution. CareOrganise (CO) is targeting both start-ups and established companies. CO can be used to implement the current industry standards, based on current guidelines such as ISO / IEC 27018 or StarAudit. CO wants to change the way in which the 24-hours-care is being worked on, away from countless Excel lists to the efficient and secure integrated SaaS solution which is 100% operated and developed in Europe. CO offers its customers a transformation process, from analog into the cloud, and presents itself as a ""best-practice guideline"". Our sales promises are 100% transparency in using, a high level of automation for the customer, an independent software provider, no contract binding, a high degree of customizing, multilingualism included. CO solves several industry-specific problems and provides functionality at the push of a button. Simplification of the invoicing process for the agency and the carers, fast creation of contracts and forms, improvement of the communication between the contract partners of the customer (case managers and partner agencies abroad) are only some innovative advantages. CO enables time- and location-independent work on demand. CO can be used with a monthly fee, no initial or additional costs. The customer is actively involved in the development process through surveys, personal contact and a clear roadmap. In addition to this, we offer our customers an uncomplicated start, including an integration / customizing phase, as well as the return of all recorded data at the push of a button with CoData2Go.
