He holds a Diploma in Cybersecurity from the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University. Currently, he is the founder and CEO of Niubox, a consulting firm focused on technology law, public and regulatory affairs, and legal innovation, with operations in Peru, Ecuador, and Colombia.
