Cloud, Quality for the Postal Service
How the Croatian Mail Service is preparing for cloud quality. How does a cloud audit work? Ivana Tepčević works for one of the world's largest audit firms (90,000 employees) and talks about her work.

Ivana Tepčević leads projects in the areas of ICT, energy, logistics, and marketing taking into account compliance with relevant standards. As Lead Auditor she carries out third party audits of cloud services according to StarAudit criteria issued by EuroCloud Europe and audits related to information security management systems against ISO 27001 standard.
Since 2014, she has focused on performing audits of security systems for state’s national infrastructure, telecommunication service providers, cloud service providers, financial service providers, software development companies with respect to legislative and regulatory requirements, security architecture for data communication, network/data or e-commerce within the identified industries.
In June 2015 SGS Belgrade signed the Contract with EuroCloud Europe and became a partner of ECE as an Auditing and Training Organization. In November 2016 Ivana led the first audit of Government cloud service based on StarAudit criteria in Austria. This year auditing process of two systems, Croatian postal service provider and Serbian telecommunication provider have been performing.
